Measurements: This will best fit a size Medium (possibly Large). NOTE: shown clipped on a size X-Small, and the clipping doesn't fully simulate the proper fit because of all the amazing shaping panels. On closer to a size Medium will fit like a true mermaid skirt, fitted through the hips. Please refer to below measurements to be sure.
