Refund policy

All sales are final once an order is placed. 

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions. All pieces are vintage unless otherwise stated in the product description, which in most cases means that they have been previously worn. Please appreciate the fact that these rare pieces are characterized by their age. Most pieces are in good vintage condition, which means that there will be some wear to the item. We do our best to describe any obvious imperfections or flaws in the product description, but please note this is not an exhaustive list of signs of wear/flaws. The absence of condition notes does not mean a piece is without flaws. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Very Breezy with any questions about the piece, before placing their order. For specific questions about the condition of the piece, measurements and sizing, or to receive additional images, please send an email to shop@verybreezy.com and you will generally receive a reply within 24-48 business hours. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice, in which case a full refund will be issues.

Package Insurance via Route

We offer third-party insurance via Route to insure packages in the case of theft, loss, or damage during transit. Customers have the option to insure their order for its full value at checkout.

Customers that wish to opt out of purchasing insurance understand by opting out that Very Breezy is not liable for any lost or stolen packages, or damage that occurs once the package is passed along to the courier. 

All claims are managed (and paid, if applicable) directly by Route and not by Very Breezy.
