Payment Processing

  1. Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized but not charged until the order is processed.
  2. Charges: Your card will be charged once your order has been confirmed and processed. You will receive an email notification confirming your order and payment.
  3. Failed Payments: If your payment method is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance. You can also try using an alternative payment method.

Billing Information

Please ensure that your billing information is accurate and up to date to avoid any delays in processing your order. If you need to update your billing information, you can do so during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, or offer refunds.  

If you have purchased third-party insurance, you can file a claim using the email sent to you directly by Route.
