Processing Time

Orders are processed 1-3 business days from purchase, unless otherwise specified on the site. This timeline does not apply to any item marked as “Pre-Order.” 

Shipping Timeline and Costs

Orders are shipped from New York City, and the exact delivery timeline will depend on the destination. 

United States:

• Standard Shipping: 1 to 5 business days, $8
• Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days, $19

Rest of the World:

• International Economy Shipping*: $25 (limited tracking, delivery times vary)
• International Express Shipping: 2 to 7 business days, $45

*A note about International Economy Shipping: If you are on a timeline to receive your item, please select INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout, or contact us for more information. We aim to make shipping as affordable and economical as possible, and intentionally offer an "economy" international shipping option to our international customers, but due to the relatively low cost, there is a wide range in the delivery window, which can be as little as 1 week or as much as 4-5 weeks. 

Package Insurance via Route

We offer third-party insurance via Route to insure packages in the case of theft, loss, or damage during transit. Customers have the option to insure their order for its full value at checkout.

Customers that wish to opt out of purchasing insurance understand by opting out that Very Breezy is not liable for any lost or stolen packages, or damage that occurs once the package is passed along to the courier. 

All claims are managed (and paid, if applicable) directly by Route and not by Very Breezy.  

Refund Policy

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, or offer refunds.  

If you have purchased third-party insurance, you can file a claim using the email sent to you directly by Route.

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The risk of loss and title of Gift Cards and e–Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

AVAILABILITY

Most of our items offered are one-of-a-kind, and as such, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it is most likely gone for good and will not appear on the Site again. However, we do take sourcing requests and/or will make an effort to find a similar product if there is a specific demand; place contact  shop@verybreezy.com. By acknowledging receipt of a request, we are not guaranteeing current or future availability. 

DISCREPANCIES

All pieces are vintage unless otherwise stated in the product description, which in most cases means that they have been previously worn. We do our best to describe any obvious imperfections in the product description, but it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about the piece’s condition. THE ABSENCE OF CONDITION NOTES DOES NOT MEAN THE PIECE IS WITHOUT FLAWS. For specific questions about the condition of the piece, measurements and sizing, or to receive additional images, customers should send an email to shop@verybreezy.com. We strive to reply ASAP to aid in your decision process.

VERY BREEZY strives to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, VERY BREEZY cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
