This rare vintage 1940s blouse is a subtle work of art, full of well-made details yet so wearable and versatile. With classic 1940s construction, it features pleats at the waist that create an hourglass shape. I adore the pleated scallops down the placket, and the delicate lace trim. It's finished with gorgeous mother of pearl buttons. It's so cute tied at the waist as well!
