Circa 1950s, these earrings are composed of brilliant faceted blue crystal stones, in a flower formation. The blue hue makes them a great "Something Blue" (and Something Old) for a bride, and a great gift! the center stone is unfoiled, meaning there is nothing covered the back of the stone; this allows the light to fully pass through, and not only produces incredible sparkle, but really intensifies the hue of this amazing sapphire blue. these are just stunning when the light hits them! They close with a screwback, and are remarkably lightweight and comfortable to wear. Vintage earrings are so much more comfortable and secure to wear compared to their modern counterparts, largely due to the quality and thought that went into their hand-made construction.
