Vintage 1950s Botanical Diamanté Earrings

These vintage 1950s diamanté leaf earclips are such an elegant touch. They form a branch or floral shape; the individual "leaves" are formed by a gorgeously faceted pear-shaped stone, with each one bordered by a raised crown set with smaller accent stones, creating rich depth. The stem or branch of the motif is formed by elongated baguette stones— with all these details and a variety of strategically faceted stones, these earrings sparkle endlessly. They are finished with a clip-on lever back; vintage clip-ons are so much more comfortable and secure to wear compared to their modern counterparts, largely due to the quality and thought that went into their hand-made construction. Measures 35 mm total length x 26 mm at widest point, but note that they crawl up the ear rather than dropping down.
