This late 1940s/early 1950s bandeau headband hat/fascinator is rendered in a lush leopard print faux-fur. Crafted by hand and likely one-of-a-kind, its façade is angled backward and grows in height towards the crown of the head, creating an extremely face-flattering shape. It has a base of black felt, with a flexible wired interior to fit every head perfectly, being very secure without any additional pins or hardware, yet not pinching whatsoever.
Great vintage condition, with some minor wear to the interior (which is not visible when worn) commensurate with age and considering the fact that it was handmade.
