Vintage 1960s Cherry Print Capri Pants Matching Set

This adorable vintage 1960s capri pants set reminds me of something Brigitte Bardot would have bene photographed wearing around the French Riviera in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The perfectly cropped Capri-length pants have a fitted, cigarette fit, which is offset by the intentionally more boxy top/jacket. The jacket closes with two custom fabric-covered buttons, with dropped armholes for a relaxed fit. Both pieces are unlined which makes them easy-breezy summer pieces, even though the look is slightly more covered. Each piece can be mixed and worn separately, for so many different looks, in one set.

Measurements: As-is, these best fit a size X-Small. It's possible to let the pants out a bit and the waist and hips. Shown on someone with a 24" waist.

Top:

Shoulders: 14.75" between shoulder seams

Chest: 38" laid flat buttoned

Waist: 33.5"

Sleeves: 16.75"

Length: 18.75"

Pants:

Waist: 23" up to 24" pulled very taut (shown on someone with a 24" waist and they work)

Hips: 38" laid flat up to 39.5" pulled taut

Rise: 12.75"

Inseam: 24.5" (could be let out .75")

Total length : 36"

Great vintage condition overall. Some old seam repairs were made to the pants. The color at the top of the pants is a bit more faded, but this is mostly covered when worn with jacket, and is not too noticeable/does not detract from the charm of this piece.
