Made in the early 1960s, this easy cotton shiftdress is the ultimate summer dress. It's made of an extremely light cotton poplin, with a ditzy floral pattern over a mint green background. It's made with a traditional shift dress silhouette, with darts at the bust. The fit makes it very forgiving in hot weather when you'd prefer not to wear anything clingy— and it also makes it a suitable vintage maternity dress! The fiber contents are not indicated but feels like 100% cotton. Note that Liberty is not indicated anywhere on the label, it's just a Liberty fabric. Gold button details at the square neckline add an element of interest.
