This stunning rare vintage Pat Sander early 1960s drop-waist dress gives the illusion that it's a top and a skirt, but it's actually one piece. Known in particular for his impeccable quality and flattering cuts, Pat Sander was an American designer who got his start designing for a label under Leonard Sunshine, Anne Fogarty's business partner. The cut of the chambray bodice is insanely flattering, with the slightest cap sleeves, sculptural darts at the chest, and a nipped waist creating a snatched hourglass shape— they don't make them like this anymore! I love the way that the chest is quite built out; it's hard to emphasize how great this looks on the body! Further accentuating the effect is the dropped waist, and the belt at the waist. (The belt is not attached, it goes through belt loops like a regular belt would, creating a more luxurious finished look.) Note the decorative button details that complement the belt's hardware. The pleated skirt has an amazing sweep to it. The buttons down the front are non-functional, it closes with a hidden zipper in the back. It is unlined.

Measurements: This will best fit a size X-Small, possibly Small, but please refer to below measurements to be sure.
