This vintage 1970s dress features a cherry blossom motif, in strong red with black and neutral accents. Fortuny-like micro pleats throughout make this dress really special. The cuffs and waist are elastic, creating a billowing bodice with a flattering tapered waist, which can also be paired with a belt. The chiffon fabric has a sheerness to it.
