This vintage 1980s floral party dress is pure feminine fun. The black background on this floral print is my preferred way to wear florals in the cold-weather months. Classic 1980s puff shoulders take on a new shape with this cape neckline, bolstered by an underlay of tulle at the shoulder. Pleating at the shoulder creates that structured, cape-like look. Otherwise, the bodice is fitted, giving way to a full skirt. Closes with a zipper and hook in the back.
