This sweet vintage 1980s-does-1940s-style dress is so easy to take from day to night. The pastel watercolor floral print is so sweet and romantic, emphasizes by vertical panels in the fabric of a lighter weave. It would look great layered with tights as well! It has a hidden elastic waist with a peplum, with a very cool vintage ribbon belt at the waist. (This piece was specifically sourced separately and made using vintage ribbon.) The slightly puffed sleeves that taper towards the cuff add to the feminine look. Made in the USA.
