I actually love the shape of this dress: on the hanger, you might not expect it to be so flattering, but the ruffles gift the skirt a sort of mermaid shape, and the slit really lengthens the body. It features a classic V-neck "surplus" neckline, with bracelet length sleeves, and ruffles galore (which are balanced by very slight shoulder pads). FYI, this materials seriously does not wrinkle, making it a great piece to pack for a trip to create an instant LOOK.
Measurements: This will fit a range of sizes, because the waist is elastic and the bust area has a lot of room. Shown here on a size small.
