These vintage brushed-gold drop earrings feature a twisted knot design, reminding me of some iconic styles from Kieselstein Cord. They were made by a known New York jeweler in the 1980s. The drop has a great movement, but despite their size, they are extremely lightweight due to their intentional construction; Vintage clip-on earrings are so much more comfortable and secure to wear compared to their modern counterparts, largely due to the top quality and strategic design that went into their hand-made construction. Measures 55 mm total length x 23 mm at widest point.
