This rare Christian Dior peignoir was made in the 1970s of the most beautiful floral Swiss dot voile, complete with lace trim. It's a great morning-of-the-wedding piece for a bride to wear while getting ready on her wedding day— Something Old! But also, something that will be worn again for years to come. At the square neckline there is lace and broderie anglais trim sweetly interwoven with ribbon, which tie into a bow with nearby rosette details. There are three buttons to close it at the top, and it is otherwise open from there down. This flocked, Swiss dot cotton blend fabric has a great hand feel. The puff sleeves are elastic at the cuffs. Bonus: it has pockets!
Measurements: There is a lot of flexibility in sizing as it is open from the chest down. Measurements are taken with buttons fastened.
