Vintage Cowrie Seashell Necklace with Loop Pendant

This vintage seashell necklace is made by hand with genuine seashells, featuring a combination of larger cowrie shells, set in clusters of two, separated by smaller nassa shells, in shades of white and brown. I love the effortlessly cool, beachy feeling this gives to any look, no matter how far you are from the shore. The necklace is finished with a loop pendant. Note there is no clasp; the total drop of the necklace is 12" laid flat (so doubled it would be 24" total circumference) with the pendant extending an additional 3.5"

Great vintage condition. It is handmade with organic materials, so keep in mind there are natural, intended irregularities and perceived "imperfections" that are part of the design, and the beauty of pieces made using natural shells.
