This vintage draped diamanté festoon belt completely transforms a look, and makes it very special. Its draped swags recall the festoons necklaces of the Victoria era, while the oversized glass crystals are classic 1950s. The tassel (and clasp) can be worn in the front, back, or to the side. It fastens with a fish hook clasp, making the length adjustable, so it's versatile to wear a number of ways.
