Vintage Jasperware Cameo Choker
Vintage Jasperware Cameo Choker
I love a choker, and I adore Jasperware, which makes this piece a total no brainer for me. The cameo features a goddess with flowing hair, carved in Jasperware. Jasperware is a type of pottery first develped by Josiah Wedwood in the 1770s, known for its distinctly unglazed matte finish, and pastel hues with white relief decorations. This pendant is strung on a tonal dove grey velvet ribbon, although it could be worn a number of ways. The ribbon ties in the back, making the length fully adjustable. The pendant measures about 4 cm long x 4.5 cm wide.
Great vintage condition, with some minor wear, which is part of the vintage charm. With any questions about the specific condition or size, please email shop@verybreezy.com for additional photos or measurements, as all sales are final.
