This vintage 90s mink-trimmed wool coat is one of the most well-made pieces of outwear I've ever put on, and it's the ultimate luxury, crafted in Italy of 100% virgin wool, and trimmed with a mink collar. It was made by Michael Kors in the 90s, from his main line runway collection, which was produced with the same quality as the big European fashion houses. (This was before the Kors brand became diluted by so many diffusion labels.) If you look at the tailoring, you can see how well crafted this piece is, but once you put it on, it takes the experience to a whole new level: the expertly-cut princess seams give it a super flattering, nipped-waist shape. The mink collar is removable, and it's honestly fitted enough (and lightweight enough) that it could be worn as a dress with nothing underneath. Closes with two buttons in the front, and features two slit pockets in the front.
Measurements: Best for a size X-Small or Small. It is marked a vintage size 4, but in my opinion it fits more like a modern size 2. Measurements are taken with the coat fully buttoned, and there is more flexibility with it worn open.
