This vintage 1960s off-the-shoulder flounce dress features a navy blue Hawaiian floral printed skirt and flounce neckline, with a solid blue bodice, almost giving the appearance of a skirt and top paired together. The matching shawl really makes the look distinct— there are so many ways to style it, whether wrapped around the shoulders, tied around the waist, OR you could even tie it around the bodice like a bandana/scarf top! The flounce neckline can be worn completely off of the shoulder, or worn on the shoulder in a wide scoop neckline— there is hidden elastic, which allows it to be adjusted and stay in place.
