This festive skirt was made by Italian brand RoccoBarocco in the late 90s/early 2000s. The awe-inspiring, intricate embroidery, three-dimensional appliqué, and beadwork forms flowers at the hem, followed by a contrasting white lattice panel. It sits at the natural waist and is fitted through the hips. The fabric has the feeling of a linen/wool/silk blend, with a great deal of structure. It's fully lined, and closes with a size zipper, with a snap and button foldover at the waistband. Made in Italy, complete with the RoccoBarocco tag, as well as the retailer tag of a high-end Italian boutique from which it was originally purchased.
Measurements: This fits similar to a size Small, possibly a Medium or X-Small. Shown on a size 2 and it is slightly large but still works. Please refer to below measurements and note the fabric does not stretch.
