Vintage Rose Print Bias Cut Chiffon Skirt

This vintage rose print bias-cut chiffon skirt feels very Carrie Bradshaw. Circa late 90s, there are a million ways to style it and I love that it's truly seasonless— it will look good with a tiny top in the summer, and amazing layered with tights, chunky knits, cardigans, boots, etc. in the colder months. The bias-cut chiffon is so flattering and really hugs the curves, fluttering out at the hem. The chiffon is sheer, and is lined about 4/5 of the way down, allowing for some alluring sheerness towards the hem. The waistband has hidden elastic, and the bias-cut fabric has natural stretch, and can be worn low-rise or higher on the waist, depending on the outfit. 

Measurements: Will likely fit a size X-Small, Small, and Medium depending on how you'd like to wear it (could be worn high waist, lower on the hips, I think it looks really good mid-rise)
Waist: elastic; 27.5" laid flat unstretched
Hips: up to about 43" (bias cut shrinks and stretches with you so works for much smaller as well)
Length: 26.75"

Great vintage condition overall... the waistband has had some repairs made to it, and it you look closely, the stitching is a little imperfect, but you can only really tell upon close inspection/not noticeable when worn.
