This one-of-a-kind skirt was custom made by hand in the 1970s, of a beautiful single-faced cranberry velvet. I love the scalloped detail at the waistline— so great to wear with something cropped! It features an easy midi length, with an A-line silhouette and a ruffle at the hem. Closes on the side with a zipper and two visible buttons.
