Vintage ascot blouse in a silky fabric is emblazoned with a colorful abstract ikat print. Made in the 1980s, it features an attached ascot scarf detail, with a loop on one side to let it wrap around and stay in place, which makes achieving this look easier than it seems. Puff sleeves with slight shoulder pads and a covered placket round out the look.
