Vintage Donald Brooks Chocolate Silk Shift Dress
This vintage 1960s Donald Brooks silk shift dress features ruched panels, for an elevated 1960s mod look. Donald Brooks founded is eponymous label in 1963, and quickly grew his clientele to include the likes of Jacqueline Kennedy. Aside from designing his ready-to-wear label, he was also an Oscar-winning costume designer. This dress is beautifully made— the chocolate brown shade of the luxe silk crepe is just divine. It's such a classic piece that is very easy to dress up or down, and wear in any season.
