and x and y These dreamy earrings give a Princess-Core-meets-Bridgerton vibe, featuring a porcelain painting by Jean Honore Fragonard. Fragonard was a Rococo artist prolific in the latter half of the 18th Century, Marie Antoinette's over-the-top heyday. Like much Rococo art, his work was romantic and often depicted courting couples, as seen here, but his work was especially noted for its display of exuberance and hedonism. The porcelain scene is beautifully set with ornate gold prongs, surrounded by a halo of seed pearls. It sits on the most amazingly intricate vintage ribbon, which is slightly elastic, allowing it to sit perfectly at the collarbone. It ties in the back for a fully customizable fit. It has a pin back and can also be worn as a brooch. Made in Germany the 1960s. The pendant measures 5 cm long x 3.5 cm wide.
