This vintage silk chiffon watercolor floral peasant blouse has the most gorgeous bright floral print that feels straight out of an Impressionist painting. The silk chiffon is so airy and light. There is elastic at the waistband, as well as some light elastc at the cuffs and neckline, making it possible to wear it off-the-shoulder or on the shoulder. It also ties at the neckline, which gives additional flexibility. It is split open from the waist down and would make SUCH an amazing maternity top!
