Vintage 1950s Diamanté Tiara
Vintage 1950s Diamanté Tiara
The best way to finish off a bridal look is with a vintage headpiece— Something Old, AND something completely unique that no one else will have. This vintage tiara was made in the 1950s, referencing headpieces worn by royalty in the 18th and 19th century— it reminds me of the headpieces Audrey Hepburn wore in War and Peace, which are the same period as the Regency-era Bridgerton style. It is prong-set with stunning diamanté, and a single larger aurora borealis stone at the peak. The base it sits on is flexible, for a comfortable fit that works on every head, and hidden combs ensure it will stay securely in place, whether hair is worn up or down. The height reaches 48 mm at the highest point.
The Vintage 1950s Lamé Wiggle Dress, Vintage 1940s Ivory Lace and Tulle Bolero, Vintage 1950s Dual Marquise-Cut Stud Earrings, and Vintage 1940s Articulated Marquise Studs pictured are also available.
Great vintage condition, with some minor wear commensurate with age, including some darkening to the metal (the back part that is meant to disappear in the hair anyways) and the very last stone along the bottom row is missing, but since it's the last stone, it doesn't look like anything is missing unless it's being closely inspected. With any questions about the specific condition or size, please email shop@verybreezy.com for additional photos or measurements, as all sales are final.
